- Look up significant work address and send them flowers. Use LinkedIn, where all the work profile is available. Receiving flowers at home is nice but getting them in the office where colleagues can be jealous is even better.
- Valentine’s Day deals are everywhere so why don’t use them? GroupOn/Living Social are great for last minute planner.
- If you are searching for a restaurant and wants to know what others are saying and how they rate it, go to Yelp and this will make sure that the restaurant is indeed romantic.
- Do you know where hotel you and your date will stay? TripAdvisor with FaceBook Connect is a good way to way to find out if the hotel is truly romantic. Always logged into FaceBook and the site will tell you others that have stayed at a hotel.
- Tweet the restaurant or hotel ahead of time and get a special treatment when you show up. Make sure you get the person’s name and ask for them when you arrive. Wish your Twitter friends a Happy Valentine’s Day.

- Are you single? Match.com is a good place to find a date.
